Rebecca Minkoff Cassette Tape iPhone Case

Rebecca Minkoff iPhone Case

My childhood is calling and reminding me of my obsession with making mixtapes. All of my tapes included the same songs from Tiffany that I’d dance around to in my room for hours on end. I might have to keep the 80′s dance party going with this Rebecca Minkoff Cassette Tape iPhone Case.  It’s not the same, but then again it’s definitely more convenient than carrying around a Walkman or boombox!

The Great Gatsby Kindle Cover

You may have guessed by now that we love our Kate Spade.  Yet, I’m not sure there’s one item I love more than Kate’s line of Kindle covers, and this The Great Gatsby Kindle cover, in particular.  The yellow is fab, the pearls are fab, and the fact that you can remain fashionable while reading is pretty fab too.

Plus, there’s something rad about letting everyone around you know that you have read and are a fan of The Great American Novel, so who knows how many interesting people you could meet as a result of this cover.  {Of course, if you haven’t yet read The Great Gatsby, you might want to consider it for one of your first Kindle downloads!}

Fujifilm INSTAX MINI Film Camera

Does anyone else out there regret that Polaroid’s are pretty much a thing of the past?  I can’t figure out why that may be.  Are the cameras too bulky?  The film too expensive?  The shots less crisp and more artistic?  I’ll gladly take a Polaroid with all of its flaws… but since those are a little hard to come by in this day and age, I’ll take this Fujifilm INSTAX MINI Film Camera instead.  It instantly prints out photos that are the size of credit cards, helping to give you quick pictorial evidence of that special moment you want to remember forever.

Apple iPad

Maybe it’s a little cliche at this point to covet Apple’s latest product, the iPad, but I can’t help it.  I want it like there’s no tomorrow. {Although I’m going crazy with anticipation, I’m waiting for the second version to be released before I call an iPad my own.}

Just look at how beautiful this baby is.  I can’t resist how sleek and compact it is.  I imagine how much lighter my bag would be if I was carrying around an iPad instead of my also slim MacBook.  How sweet would it be to type right onto the screen instead of having an attached keyboard?  Keyboards are such a thing of the past.  I don’t have an iPhone so I’m dying to get in the know about all of these apps that everyone talks about.  {I know, right, no iPhone?!  I wanted one until I heard about the iPad.}  At the end of April a new version is already going to be released and this one will come with 3G capabilities {and a monthly bill to pay for that 3G}.

Did any of you become the proud owners of iPads this past weekend?  If so, what are your initial thoughts?
